Ingredients

  • 1⅔ c. sifted flour
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 1 c.

Method

  • Sift flour with salt into medium bowl. Add cheese and toss with a fork to mix thoroughly with flour. Cut in shortening until mixture resembles small peas.
