  • 3 c. sifted flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c.

Method

  • Sift together flour and salt. Cut in shortening until mixture resembles cornmeal.
  • Add orange juice, a small amount at a time, tossing lightly with fork until dough is moist enough to hold together. Shape into ball and roll or refrigerate. Pastry, wrapped in waxed paper, may be kept in refrigerator several days.
