Ingredients

  • 1 c. uncooked rolled oats (quick cooking)
  • 3 tblsp. brown sugar

Method

  • Spread rolled oats in large, shallow pan. Toast in moderate oven (350°F.) 10 minutes.
  • Combine with sugar, salt, nuts and melted butter. Press on bottom and sides of 9" pie pan. Chill while you prepare filling.
