  • c. packaged grated coconut
  • ½ c. confectioners sugar
  • 3 tblsp</

Method

  • Combine fine grated coconut with confectioners sugar. Gradually stir in butter. Press evenly over bottom and sides of an oiled 8" or 9" pie pan. Refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour.
