  • 1 c. sifted flour
  • ¼ c. sugar
  • 1 tsp.

Method

  • Combine flour, sugar and lemon peel in bowl. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse meal. Stir in egg yolk and vanilla and mix with hands until blended.
  • Pat evenly into a 9" pie pan. Make a small edge on pie shell. Prick with fork.
