  • Crumb Pie Shell
  • c. sifted flour
  • 3 tblsp. confectioners sugar

Method

Sift flour and confectioners sugar into mixing bowl. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Remove 1 c. crumbs; mix with ½ c. granulated sugar and ginger; set aside. Pat remaining crumbs in bottom and on sides of 9" pie pan. Bake in hot oven (425°F.) ab
