  • 2 (7 oz.) pkgs. pitted dates
  • ¾ c. water

Method

  • Chop or cut up dates. Add water.
  • Cover; cook over medium heat until mixture boils; reduce heat, cook about 10 minutes, or until dates are mushy. Stir occasionally.
