6 lbs. green tomatoes
2 lbs. tart apples
2 c

Method

Core and quarter tomatoes and apples; put through food chopper with raisins.
Combine all ingredients in large saucepan. Simmer 2 hours, stirring frequently.
Pack at once in hot pint jars. Adjust lids. Process in boiling-water bath (212°F.) 25 minutes.
Remove jars from canner and complete seals unless closures are self-sealing type.
