Ingredients

  • 6 lbs. green tomatoes
  • 2 lbs. tart apples
  • 2 c

Method

  • Core and quarter tomatoes and apples; put through food chopper with raisins.
  • Combine all ingredients in large saucepan. Simmer 2 hours, stirring frequently.
  • Pack at once in hot pint jars. Adjust lids. Process in boiling-water bath (212°F.) 25 minutes.
  • Remove jars from canner and complete seals unless closures are self-sealing type.
