  • Beat yolks, adding sugar gradually.
  • Cut butter into flour; add buttermilk, lemon peel and juice. Fold in yolks.
  • Pour into 9" Cornmeal Pie Shell.
  • Bake in hot oven (425°F.) 10 minutes
