Method

Omit coconut in Lemon Coconut Pie and add canned fruit cocktail instead. Drain 1 (1 lb.) can fruit cocktail. You will have about 1½ c. fruit. Save out a little of it to make a wreath on top of pie at serving time; fold remainder of fruit cocktail into pie filling.
