Crust

Cream butter and egg yolk together. Add flour, mixing thoroughly. Work coconut into dough.

  • Pat mixture into 9" pie pan, bringing up on sides and fluting edge. Chill 30 minutes.
  • Bake in moderate oven (350°F.)
