Method

  • Sprinkle gelatin over water in saucepan. Stir over low heat until gelatin dissolves. Remove from heat.
  • Add grape juice concentrate. Stir until it is melted.
  • Chill just until gelatin mixture is syrupy, about 5 minutes. Fold gelatin mixture into whipped cream. Pour mixture into crust. Chill until firm.
