  • squares unsweetened chocolate
  • 6 tblsp. butter or margarine
  • 6 tblsp

Method

  • Melt chocolate.
  • Cream together butter and sugar. Add chocolate and egg yolk. Add water and mix thoroughly.
  • Spread over top of pie. Garnish rim with pecan halves.
