A showy dessert to serve on special occasions. Ifs as good as it looks

Ingredients

  • Unbaked 10" pie shell
  • 1 egg
  • 3 egg yolks
  • c. dark

Method

  • Beat egg and egg yolks slightly. Blend in sugar, spices, maple syrup, pumpkin and milk. Pour into pie shell. Bake in hot oven (425°F.) 45 minutes. Cool and then chill thoroughly.
  • Line 9" pie pan with waxed paper. Press ice
