  • 3 egg whites
  • ¼ tsp. cream of tartar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla

Method

  • Combine egg whites and cream of tartar. Beat until soft peaks form. Add vanilla. Gradually add sugar, beating until stiff peaks form.
