Method
- Beat egg whites until soft peaks form when beater is lifted. Add sugar, 2 tblsp. at a time, beating after each addition. Beat to stiff peaks.
- Fold in crackers, pecans, baking powder and vanilla. Spread on bottom and sides of a greased 9" pie pan.
Bake in slow oven (325°F.)
