Ingredients

  • 20 round buttery crackers, crushed
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 c.

Method

  • Combine crackers, pecans and ½ c. sugar.
  • Beat egg whites until stiff; gradually beat in remaining sugar and vanilla. Fold into cracker mixture.
  • Spread on bottom and sides of greased 9" pie pan to make pie shell. Bake in slow oven (325°F.) 30 min
