- Baked 10" Graham Cracker Crumb Crust

Method
- Beat egg yolks slightly; combine with sugar, orange peel and juice. Cook over boiling water, stirring constantly, until thickened. Cool.
- Fold stiffly beaten egg whites and whipped cream into the cooled orange mixture. Pour into crust. Chill.
- Freeze pie. Remove from freezer, package in moisture-vaporproof wrapping and return to freezer.
