  • ½ c. sifted flour
  • ½ c. sugar
  • ½ tsp.

Method

  • Combine all ingredients and beat with spoon until batter is smooth.
  • Drop by spoonfuls on hot peach mixture, spreading evenly. It spreads over peaches during baking.
  • Bake as directed in Fresh Peach Cobbler.
