Ingredients

  • ½ c. soft butter or margarine
  • 2 c. biscuit mix
  • 6

Method

  • Cut butter into biscuit mix. Add boiling water and stir to make a ball.
  • Press about 2 tblsp. dough on bottom and sides of 12 muffin-cup pans, forming a shell about ⅛" to 3/16" thick. Bake in hot oven (425°F.) 6 minutes.
