Set out a tray of these delicious beauties at your next buffet supper

Method

  • Slice half of strawberries (1½ c.). Place in bowl and add sugar. Cut remaining berries in lengthwise halves.
  • Stir jelly in small pan over medium heat until it melts. Add food color to deepen color.
  • Assemble tarts shortly before serving. Spoon about 3 tblsp. sliced berries into each baked tart shell. Top with berry halves. Spoon on melted jelly and garni
