Method

  • Melt chocolate bar with cream over hot water. Stir until smooth. Cool slightly and spread in tart shells.
  • Place egg yolks in double boiler. Gradually add orange and lemon juices, stirring constantly. Stir in sugar and salt. Cook over hot water, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens. Remove from heat and cool.
