Good insurance that your dessert ready in freezer will please guests


  • 2 (9") Graham Cracker Crumb Crusts
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 tblsp. lemon juice
  • 1 c. heavy cream


  • Put berries, sugar, egg whites and lemon juice in mixer bowl; beat 15 minutes at high speed.
  • Whip cream and fold into strawberry mixture. Pile high in 9" foil pie pans lined with crumb crusts. Freeze; remove from freezer and place in plastic bags and seal. Serve without defrosting.
