Method
- Spread slightly softened chocolate ice cream on sides and bottom of 9" pie pan, hollowing out in center. Freeze.
- Remove from freezer and spread on pineapple. Freeze.
- Top with pineapple sherbet and shaved chocolate. Freeze.
- Cut in wedges to serve.
