Frosty cold—exciting flavor blend

Ingredients

  • 1 pt. chocolate ice cream
  • 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 pt. pineapple sherbet
  • Shaved semisweet chocolate

Method

  • Spread slightly softened chocolate ice cream on sides and bottom of 9" pie pan, hollowing out in center. Freeze.
  • Remove from freezer and spread on pineapple. Freeze.
  • Top with pineapple sherbet and shaved chocolate. Freeze.
  • Cut in wedges to serve.
