Method

  • Combine pudding mix with liquids (sour cream and milk) as directed on package. Mixture will be quite liquid.
  • Pour into 8" crumb crust. Chill until set, at least 1 hour, or longer.
  • To serve, spoon strawberry preserves over top. Or use other fruit preserves or sweetened sliced fruit, like strawberries or peaches.
