Ingredients

  • Baked 9" pie shell or crumb crust
  • 1 qt. vanilla ice cream
  • 1 (1 lb. 6 oz.) can cherry pie filling

Method

  • Spread slightly softened ice cream in pie shell and freeze. (You may tint ice cream delicate green.)
  • An hour before serving, spread filling over top. Return to freezer. Serve quickly.
