Have the 2-crust apple pie warm, the topping very cold—and enjoy it!

Ingredients

  • ¼ c. butter or margarine
  • 1 c. confectioners sugar

Method

  • Cream butter and sugar until blended and fluffy. Add nutmeg and molasses and beat to mix thoroughly.
  • Chill or freeze. Spoon on individual servings of warm apple pie.
