  • ¼ c. butter or margarine
  • c. confectioners sugar
  • 2 tblsp. crushed fresh strawberries


  • Cream butter until fluffy. Beat in sugar, a little at a time, until blended. Then add strawberries and beat until mixture is smooth. Cover and chill. Spoon on individual pie servings.
