  • Melt butter, add onion and cook gently 5 minutes. Add beef and stir with fork until meat loses red color. Remove from heat, drain off excess fat and blend in salt, pepper and flour. Cool slightly.
  • Spread meat mixture in Biscuit Pie Shell. Bake in hot oven
