Leftover beef in this potato topped pie is a hearty dish with husband appeal

Ingredients

  • c. chopped celery
  • ½ c. chopped onion
  • ½ c.

Method

  • Put celery, onion and water in covered saucepan; cook until barely tender. Do not drain. Combine with beef, 2 c. gravy, parsley and 1 tsp. salt in greased 2½ qt. casserole. (If you don’t have enough gravy, extend it with gravy mix.)
  • Set oven regulator to hot (400°F
