Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 tsp. s

Method

  • Brown onion and beef; drain fat. In greased 2 qt. casserole, combine beef mixture with next six ingredients.
  • Beat milk and egg into potatoes; spoon in ¼ c. mounds over bean mixture, top with cheese.
  • Bake in moderate oven (350°F.) 30 minutes
