Ingredients

  • lbs. lean pork
  • ¼ c. flour
  • 1 tsp.

Method

  • Cut pork in 2" cubes. Combine flour, sage and salt and toss pork in flour mixture to coat thoroughly. Panfry bacon and pork, browning on all sides. Drain off excess fat. Place hot meats in a 1½ qt. casserole.
  • Combine cranberries and sugar. Scatter over meat. Add hot water. Cover and Bake in hot oven
