This pie flatters people by giving them their choice of dark or light meat
Combine chicken pieces, water, ½ tsp. salt, onion, carrot, diced celery and monosodium glutamate in kettle. Cover and simmer until tender (about 1 hour). Drain and reserve broth. Cool chicken in broth; remove meat from bones, separating dark and light meat.
