Method

  • Melt butter; add flour and blend. Add chicken broth and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil and is thickened. Add parsley, salt, pepper, chicken and ham.
  • Pour into rice-lined tart pans. Sprinkle the reserved cup of rice mixture over tops of pies. Sprinkle with cheese.
  • Bake in moderat
