Ingredients

  • ½ lb. bacon, diced
  • c. milk
  • 1 tblsp.

Method

  • Cook bacon until crisp; drain.
  • Stir milk and salad oil into biscuit mix. Mix with a fork. Turn dough on lightly floured surface and roll to fit 9" pie pan. Crimp edges with fork tines.
  • Sprinkle bacon, shrimp, onions and garlic in pie shell. Cover with a single layer of tomatoes. Sprinkle with basil, salt and pepper. Cover with cheese, breaking slices ap
