This luncheon main dish is ever so tasty with crab and corn chips

Ingredients

  • Corn Chip Crust
  • 2 c. finely crushed corn chips
  • 2 tblsp. butter, melted

Method

Crust

Combine com chips, butter and paprika. Reserve ⅓ c. mixture. Press remainder on bottom and side of 9" pie pan. Bake in moderate oven (375°F.) 10 minutes. Cool.
