Ingredients

  • 1 (1 lb.) can salmon
  • 1 tblsp. grated onion
  • ¼</

Method

  • Drain salmon, reserving liquid. Flake with fork, removing bones and skin. Place in bottom of 9" pie pan.
  • Top with onion, 2 tblsp. salmon liquid and cheese. Spread ⅓ can celery soup over cheese.
  • To make crust, sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Cut in shortening until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Combine egg and ¼ c. milk. Add to dry ingred
