Ingredients

  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 (6 oz.) can tomato juice
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • ½ tsp. sugar
  • tsp. pepper
  • ½ tsp. orégano
  • 1 tblsp. salad oil
  • Dash red pepper (optional)

Method

  • Put garlic through garlic press or mash to a pulp with salt. Combine with remaining ingredients. Do not cook.
