Ingredients

Crust

  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 tblsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp.

Method

Crust

Sift together flour, baking powder and salt; add milk and oil. Stir with fork until mixture forms a hall. Turn onto lightly floured board and knead 8 to 10 times.

  • Roll dough between sheets of waxed paper to fit a 14" pizza pan or 2 (10") pie pans.
