Sprouting grains turns them into a nutritional powerhouse, and grinding them into flour take these benefits into your baking. I dry the sprouted grains in my dehydrator, which does give the best results. If you live in a warm country with low humidity you can dry them in the sun! If you use a conventional oven I suggest using a low heat like 100°C/212°F and to make sure the oven door is open so that moisture can get out. It will take a couple of hours to dry completely.
