  • About

Not traditionally Indonesian, but for years I have been served it at different private houses in Bali so the secret is out. A perfect hot weather cooler that everyone loves.

Ingredients

  • large handful mint leaves
  • 100 ml (scant ½ cup) lime juice (

Method

Put the mint, lime and sugar in a high-speed blender and top up with ice. Blitz to a green slush - the mint leaves should break down to small flecks. Tip into a jug, top up with water and taste. Add more sugar or lime juice to taste. Serve at once.
