Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. ground beef
  • 2 lbs. Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 16-, or 32-

Method

  1. Brown beef in nonstick skillet. Drain.
  2. Place beef in cooker while hot. Stir in cheese until melted.
  3. Add salsa.
  4. Turn slow cooker to High for 1 hour. Turn to Low and serve with tortilla chips for dipping.
