Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 15-oz. can enchilada sauce

Method

  1. Brown ground beef in nonstick skillet. Drain.
  2. Place in slow cooker. Add sauce and cubed cheese. Stir well.
  3. Cover and cook on Low 4–5 hours.
  4. When heated through, serve with your favorite taco chips.
