Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup

Method

  1. Brown ground beef and onion. Crumble beef into fine pieces. Drain.
  2. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.
  3. Cover. Heat on Low 1–2 hours, until cheese is melted.
  4. Serve with tortilla chips.
