Ingredients

  • lbs. ground beef
  • 1 envelope dry taco seasoning mix
  • 16-oz.

Method

  1. Brown ground beef in nonstick skillet. Drain.
  2. Return beef to skillet. Add taco seasoning and salsa.
  3. Remove from stove and add sour cream and cheese. Pour mixture into slow cooker.
  4. Cover and cook on Low 2–3 hours, or until hot.
  5. Serve with tortilla chips.
