Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • ¾–1 cup chopped onions
  • 15-oz.<

Method

  1. Brown ground beef and onions in skillet.
  2. Drain. Place meat and onions in slow cooker. Add beans and taco seasoning mix. Mix together well.
  3. Spread sour cream over mixture. Sprinkle cheese over top.
  4. Cover. Cook on Low 1½ hours, or on High ¾ hour.
  5. Serve warm from the cooker with tortilla chips.
