Ingredients

  • 2 8-oz. pkgs. cream cheese, softened
  • 8 ozs. cheddar cheese, shredded

Method

  1. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and shredded cheese.
  2. Fold in peppers, onions, and dried beef. Place stiff mixture in slow cooker.
  3. Cover and cook on Low 2–3 hours. Stir occasionally.
  4. Serve hot with crackers.
