Ingredients

  • 1 lb. smoked sausage, chopped
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed

Method

  1. Brown sausage in skillet. Drain and place in slow cooker.
  2. Add cheese. Pour salsa over top.
  3. Cover. Cook on Low 1½–2 hours.
  4. Serve with tortilla chips or party rye bread.
