Ingredients

  • 2 8-oz. pkgs. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups sour cream

Method

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  2. Fold in bacon and 3 cups cheddar cheese.
  3. Place mixture in slow cooker and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  4. Cover and cook on Low 1½–2 hours, or until heated through.
  5. Serve with white corn chips.
