Ingredients

  • 2 cups (8 ozs.) shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise

Method

  1. Combine cheese, mayonnaise, bacon bits, and onion in slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle cracker crumbs over top.
  3. Cover and cook on Low 1–2 hours.
  4. Serve with a variety of snack crackers or cut-up, fresh vegetables.
